General Terms and Conditions

A Special note on Delivery.

Delivery will normally be made by Royal Mail or Parcelforce and should be with you within 7 working days. Postage will be Second Class 48 hour tracked. We endeavour to send orders made by 12 noon the same day. However, we are anticipating a larger number of orders than normal following James Martin’s Saturday Morning Show on Saturday 21st October. Orders solely for oil should be processed within 10 working days but as the vinegar takes longer to make (and I am a team of one!) customers should expect some delay but rest assured I will work as hard as I can to get your order to you. Please follow my social media accounts where I will give updates.

Ownership of Rights
All rights, including copyright, in this website are owned by or licensed to Buston Oils. Any use of this website or its contents, including copying or storing it or them in whole or part, other than for your own personal, non-commercial use, is prohibited without our permission. You may not modify, distribute or repost anything on this website for any purpose.

Consumer Contracts Regulation
All goods bought from this site are subject to the Consumer Contracts Regulations. The regulations apply to items bought online, at a distance, or away from a trader’s premises (for example, at home or at work). Your order
We make every effort to ensure that all the products shown in our online shop are in stock but, if we are out of stock of any items, we will e-mail you to inform you. We will let you know if we can deliver your goods at a later date or offer you a full refund.

Faults
In the unlikely event that your goods arrive with any fault, please email us hello@seabanks.co.uk immediately. Please retain the faulty item and make a note of the Best Before Date.

Risk and title of goods
Risk of damage to or loss of your order passes to you at the time of delivery to you. Orders supplied are not for resale.

Payment
Credit/Debit card orders are processed securely by Stripe.

We reserve the right to refuse any credit card transactions.

VAT
There is no VAT chargeable on any of our food goods. We do have to charge VAT on any non-food goods and this will be shown on your invoice.

Refund Policy
If you believe that you are entitled to a refund please contact us. If a refund is due it will be paid within 14 days of either us receiving your goods back, or you providing evidence of having returned the goods (for example, a proof of postage receipt from the post office), whichever is the sooner.
